Townsend recorded 16 property deeds between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, with 12 sales carrying a price so far ranging from $129,000 to $670,000 and a median of $572,500. The month's top sale was 6 Adams Rd at $670,000, sold by Tully Homes LLC to Rosalyn M. and Cheryl K. Cox. Redwood Street and 1 Depot St Ext each saw two sales, and four transfers, including two on Elm Street, involved same-family sellers and buyers with prices not yet available. The recorded count points to steady deed activity, though a share of transactions were family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales.
