Townsend home sales span $150,000 to $670,000 as six of 14 deeds move within families
Townsend recorded 14 property transfers in the four weeks ending Oct. 3. Eight sales have a posted price, ranging from $150,000 to $670,000, with a median of $572,500. The month's top sale was 6 Adams Rd at $670,000, sold by Tully Homes LLC to Rosalyn and Cheryl Cox. Redwood Street saw two sales, and two Depot St Ext condo units sold for $565,000 and $514,000. The six sales without a posted price so far were all transfers among family members or into trusts, not withheld prices. The raw sales count alone does not indicate whether the month was unusually active or quiet.
