Twenty deeds recorded in Townsend in August, sales top out at $810,000
Twenty property deeds were recorded in Townsend between July 31 and August 29, 2026. Of the 12 sales with a disclosed price, prices ranged from $310,000 to $810,000, with a median of $569,000. The month's top sale was 98 North End Rd at $810,000. Main Street had the most recorded activity, with three separate sales. Eight of the 20 recorded transactions, all involving family members, trusts or an estate, did not disclose a sale price, a pattern that held across every such transfer in the dataset.
