Townsend Home Sales Range From $127,000 to $870,000 in August
Townsend recorded 19 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, though only 11 deeds disclosed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $127,000 to $870,000, with a median of $519,000. The top sale was 79 Tyler Road at $870,000, bought by Sarah and Matthew Sabourin from Tyler Realty Trust. Eight of the 19 transfers, roughly 42 percent, showed matching last names between seller and buyer, consistent with family or trust transfers, and none of those eight listed a price. Three sales involved condominium units on Depot Street Ext. and West Meadow Estates Drive.
