Eighteen Townsend Properties Sold From Late August To Mid-September, Topped By $870,000 Tyler Road Sale
Townsend recorded 18 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19. Of those, 12 carry a sale price so far, ranging from $127,000 to $870,000 with a median of $527,000; the other six await pricing data, a normal lag, and all six involve family or trust transfers. The period's top sale was 79 Tyler Rd. at $870,000, sold by Tyler Realty Trust to Sarah and Matthew Sabourin. Three condo units at 1 Depot St. Ext. sold within a tight $514,000-to-$565,000 band from the same seller, Warren Road Realty LLC. The data shows a wide price spread but no single trend toward higher or lower values.
