Townsend Records 19 Property Sales as Median Price Holds at $527,000
Townsend recorded 19 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12. Twelve sales disclosed a price, ranging from $127,000 to $870,000, with a median of $527,000. The period's top sale was 79 Tyler Road at $870,000, bought by Sarah and Matthew Sabourin. Two condominium units at 1 Depot Street Extension each sold for $514,000. Seven transfers, more than a third of the total, moved property within families or into trusts and did not disclose a price. With open-market sales above $580,000 alongside a large share of undisclosed-price family transfers, the data shows no single, consistent price direction for the month.
