Townsend Sales Cluster on Main Street as Top Deed Hits $810,000

Townsend recorded 20 property sales between July 17 and Aug. 15, with disclosed prices ranging from $172,500 to $810,000 and a median of $519,500 among the 14 sales that listed a price. The month's top transaction was 98 North End Rd, which sold for $810,000 on Aug. 5 from sellers Gregory Glaser and Jennifer Sutton to buyers Susan S. and William X. Siopes. Main Street saw four recorded sales, the most of any street. All six sales without a disclosed price were transfers within a family, into a trust, or through an estate. No sale in the period exceeded $1 million.
