Townsend Records 17 Property Transfers in Late July, Led by $654,375 Turner Road Sale

Townsend recorded 17 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, with nine disclosed sale prices ranging from $160,000 to $654,375 and a median of $420,000. The month's top sale was 94 Turner Rd, which sold for $654,375 on July 7 to Tyler C. and Christina M. Sharp. Main Street saw four separate transfers, the most of any street. Nearly half of all recorded transfers -- eight of 17 -- appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust, none with disclosed prices, a pattern that limits how much of the month's activity reflects open-market sales.
