Townsend Library Closes Friday for Scheduled Cleaning

DATELINE — TOWNSEND The Townsend Public Library shut its doors Friday, August 28, for a scheduled cleaning, cutting off in-person access for one weekday, the library announced on its website.

TOWN HALL The Townsend Public Library posted a notice that it would be closed Friday, August 28, 2026, for cleaning. The library did not list additional closures for the coming week.
